Our Founder & Chief Operating Officer is a licensed Professional Engineer P.E. who has served as an executive leader in Architecture / Engineering / Construction (AEC) firms. His personal project history includes around 25 years of building code consulting as his core specialty - including negotiating solutions for complex "unsolvable" code problems to satisfy all stakeholders from AHJ's and Owners/Developers, to A/E/Cs and Facility/Property Managers.

Our Founder & Chief Compliance & Risk Officer is a licensed insurance professional with over 30 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry.

Our Founder & Chief Technology Officer attained more than 20 industry certifications including the CISSP, MCSE, and CCNA in a career spanning over 30 years. His technology experience includes work across the telecommunications industry, public education, and the private sector. His background is in cybersecurity, modernizing IT systems, virtualization, and online presence development.
